| I appreciate that after 20 years of doing business together, I am able to remain confident that the service I receive is honest and the value of that service is consistently excellent. It doesn't get any better than that. The fact that the owners and staff are always so welcoming and do their utmost to help is very reassuring. |

| Berneards always has excellent and friendly service. They are patient and not condescending when explaining problems that need fixing. They are acurate in their estimates of both time and cost. Because of this care that they show their customers, one doesn't mind an addotional wait should it be necssary. And oh...did I mention the work is always exellent! |
